Women at the Bar: Historical Resources

An important aim of the Trailblazing Women and the Law project is to celebrate and promote the contributions and achievements of Australian women lawyers by creating an online exhibition based on research undertaken by the team.

There are already a number of online resources that we thought you might be interested in. Please let us know if you are aware of others!

The New South Wales Bar Association has published Women at the New South Wales Bar: The Years to 1975

There is also Women Barristers in Victoria: Then and Now

And the Supreme Court of Queensland created the exhibition Women in the Law in Queensland
